Hello my name is Thomas Lagan, the club’s instructor, welcome to our site.
About Me
I am a family man living here in Crumlin, I have two children aged seven and three. I successfully ran a club in north Belfast for three years but took the time out raising my family and moving here to Crumlin where I now teach. I have seventeen years experience in freestyle martial arts and I am enjoying being part of a community based club again, and hope you would wish to come training with us in the near future.
